✿ CUSTOM FLOWER PACKAGE ORDERING PROCESS:

To initiate a custom flower order, send an inquiry requesting a quote to glamfloral@yahoo.com. After all details confirmed: 

1.) A custom listing is set up for 1/2  of the order price. This deposit is used to purchase supplies for your order, and is not refundable.

2.) 1-2 weeks before the custom order ships, photos are emailed for approval.  2nd custom listing is set up for the balance  and shipping of the order.

3.) Order is finished and finalized once final payment is received. Order ships within about 1 week of cleared payment.

 

✿  SHIP OUT TIMEFRAMES (All items are made to order, unless otherwise specified in listing)
  • Up to 1 week for premade items
  • Up to 3 weeks for made to order items
  • Between 6-8 weeks for wedding flower packages

✿  URGENT ORDERS Orders needed sooner than stated in the policies section, are accepted upon our discretion, depending on season and time availability.  Urgent orders may be subject to an Urgency Charge. Please contact with urgent requests, prior to purchase! 
 
 
 
✿  PAYMENT For the ultimate security and protection of our customers, all payments are made via Paypal. 
 
 
 
✿  TAXES Orders with a WA State shipping address will be charged WA State Sales tax at checkout.
 
 
 
✿  SHIPPING METHOD We ship worldwide. All packages ship with USPS 1st Class Mail or 1st Class Mail  International. Shipping upgrades can be arranged for an extra fee. NOTE: If shipping charges are not added to your cart at checkout, we will send you a Paypal bill for shipping after checkout. 
 
 
 
✿  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be advised that larger orders may incur customs fees.  Customer is responsible for any customs fees that their country may charge them.
 
 
 
✿  PACKAGE TRACKING A tracking number is available for all domestic  packages. For international packages, tracking information is only available if shipped via Express Mail International service.
 
 
 
✿  SHIPPING INSURANCE Insurance can be added for an extra fee, upon request. Please contact for details.
 
 
 
✿  REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Full refund will be issued via PayPal for returned items only if wrong item  is shipped or not as described. If there is a problem with an item, buyer must contact seller within 3 business days of receipt of item to resolve the issue. To receive a refund, item must be received by seller in new and unused condition within 10 business days (30 days for international shipping). Refunds will not be granted for used items. Buyer is  responsible for all shipping  costs. If you changed your mind after purchase, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and a 90% refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.  If the item has already shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded. Item must be returned in unused condition in order to receive a refund.
